SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The ParcelWatch text-message program sends recurring alerts about documents recorded against the parcels you ask us to monitor, plus occasional related service messages (such as confirmations). Text alerts are optional and complement the email alerts included with every subscription.

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box when you sign up. By doing so, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from ParcelWatch at the number you provide. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing the service — you can use ParcelWatch with email alerts alone.

Message frequency varies and depends on recording activity on the parcels you monitor. Some months you may receive no texts; in periods of activity you may receive several.

ParcelWatch does not charge for text alerts, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.

You can cancel text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any ParcelWatch message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. You will continue to receive email alerts unless you unsubscribe from those separately.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@limelyte.com. For carrier support, contact your mobile provider directly.

The program is generally available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
