ParcelWatch is a property-records monitoring service operated by Limelyte Technology Group ("ParcelWatch," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use parcelwatch.app and our monitoring service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you sign up to watch a parcel, we collect:

• Your name (optional) and email address.
• Your mobile phone number, if you opt in to text alerts.
• The county and parcel number(s) you ask us to monitor. A parcel number and county are public-record identifiers; you do not need to own a property to ask us to watch it.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or financial account details.

Like most websites, we collect basic technical information — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to operate and secure the service and to understand aggregate usage. We keep our use of analytics and cookies to the minimum needed to run the site.

• To monitor the parcels you specify and send you the resulting alerts.
• To deliver those alerts by email and, where you opt in, by text message.
• To send service messages such as confirmations, renewals, and receipts.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

ParcelWatch reads documents recorded with county recorders' offices. Those recorded documents are public records, created and maintained by government agencies — not by us. We notify you about activity on the parcels you monitor; we are not the source of, and do not control, the contents of the public record.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the service (for example, email and SMS delivery and payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use it only to provide those services.
• Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep your account information for as long as your subscription is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

• Unsubscribe from email alerts using the link in any alert email.
• Stop text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@limelyte.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR; we honor those rights where they apply.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to those who need it to operate the service.

ParcelWatch is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
